Key Responsibilities :

Oversee company-wide management of the Epicor Kinetic Cloud ERP system, including report writing, updates, and upgrades.

Lead IT Operations, Cybersecurity, ERP, IT Project Management, and Business Analysis.

Develop and execute technology strategies across Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, Server Management, Network Infrastructure, Data Architecture, and Application stacks.

Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts for technology equipment and software.

Direct network system upgrades and manage third-party network agreements.

Support business reporting through SSRS / BAQ and other tools.

Provide regular updates on technology status, strategic goals, and progress to executive stakeholders.

Collaborate with senior leadership on IT budgeting, invoice approval, and financial oversight.

Ensure smooth operations by performing maintenance events after hours as needed.

Skills & Qualifications :

Proven experience as an IT Manager or Director, preferably in manufacturing or a similar environment.

Expertise in Epicor Kinetic Cloud ERP.

Strong knowledge of SQL, computer systems (hardware / software), and networks.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop IT teams.

Experience in IT budgeting, analysis, implementation, and evaluation of systems.

Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

Ability to train staff and users on ERP systems and policies.

Willingness to work onsite in Woodbury, MN, Monday-Friday, and commute to our Eagan facility as needed.

Flexibility for after-hours maintenance to minimize business disruption.
