SENIOR IT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Dahl Consulting (DAHL) is excited to welcome an experienced Senior IT Business Development Manager into the sales team located at our Edina, MN headquarter office!
In this entrepreneurial role, you'll drive revenue growth through strategic account management and solution execution. The Senior IT Business Development Manager is eligible for a base salary, uncapped commission, and performance-based bonuses.
This is a hybrid role, and the schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of talent solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
- Meet and exceed sales metrics and goals.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Coordinate and conduct quarterly business reviews with clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in the process of ensuring receivables are collected in a timely manner.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.7+ years of successful sales or business development experience in the IT staffing industry.Must have a valid driver's licenseProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies.WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
