Key Responsibilities
Manage data entry and maintenance of employee records in the HRIS
Coordinate employee benefits administration and onboarding processes
Lead the company's immigration program and address employee concerns
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, immigration, and payroll responsibilities
Experience with HRIS systems, particularly BambooHR and ADP
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
