We are excited to add an Installation Coordinator to our administrative team.
What You'll Do
- Keep track of installation performance using various spreadsheets and a CRM system.
- Collaborate with Field Operations Managers and installation teams to gather feedback on project performance.
- Coordinate all aspects of the installation process and tackle administrative tasks along the way.
- Communicate with customers through calls to update them on their projects and address any concerns or issues they may have.
Who You Are
You have 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.You're great at following up and providing top-notch customer service.Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce is a bonus) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is essential.You pay attention to details and can solve problems independently.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.What We Offer
