Bilingual Collector

A company is looking for a Collector - Bilingual Required.

Key Responsibilities

Contact responsible parties on loans to determine the cause of delinquency through telephonic or written communication

Assist in developing repayment arrangements or other initiatives to reinstate member obligations

Make recommendations for action to protect the interests of the Credit Union

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

One year of collections experience preferred

Six months of direct customer service / sales experience required

Bilingual (Spanish) required

Basic to intermediate operational knowledge of general office and PC equipment
