Position : Paralegal (Part-Time)

Eden Senior Care is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Paralegal to join our corporate legal team. This position requires a minimum of 25 hours per week and offers flexibility with hybrid work-from-home options.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant paralegal experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), or real estate matters, and possess strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and provide clear, concise analysis to support attorneys and business teams.
• Draft, review, redline, and prepare contracts, agreements, amendments, riders, and closing documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with corporate governance, including maintaining corporate records, filings, and compliance documentation.
• Support commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, title review, Change of Ownership (CHOW) filings, and state licensing submissions.
• Develop and manage closing checklists, coordinate revisions from attorneys, lenders, and clients, and ensure all negotiated changes are accurately captured.
• Ensure compliance with local and state regulations in all filings and submissions, particularly for assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide support on additional projects as assigned, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
