Job Description
The Master Scheduler reviews work orders, staffing plans, and production timelines to allocate resources effectively and adjust schedules as necessary. Regular communication with line management and customer service is essential to provide updates on order status and project progress. Additionally, the Scheduler analyzes historical and current data to generate reports and continuously improve scheduling efficiency.

Education / Experience : Any combination of education and required skills and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying :
Knowledge : Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MRP desired, basic understanding of scheduling concepts, practices and procedures and must have a basic knowledge of cycle count and inventory control techniques.
Skill : Strong mathematical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and troubleshooting skills, strong interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, strong negotiation skills
Ability : Multi-task , to effectively interact with all members of the organization and work independently, to identify complex problems, use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions or approaches to problems, project management abilities
