In this key role, you'll collaborate with company leadership to develop sales strategies, manage key projects, and build lasting relationships with clients and partners. From new product lines to global expansion, this is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do :
Develop and grow product lines, services, and key market segmentsCreate and execute annual sales and business plansCoordinate with internal teams (Operations, Service, and Project Managers) to ensure seamless project executionPrepare detailed project estimates, quotes, and reportsMaintain strong client relationships through site visits, follow-ups, and trainingTravel domestically and internationally for sales development, trade shows, and client supportSupport branch expansion initiatives and representative partnershipsEnsure proper documentation, compliance, and safety certifications are maintainedWhat You Bring :
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or a related technical field5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or field operations3+ years of supervisory experienceStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsWillingness to travel both domestically and internationallyValid driver's license (CDL preferred)Additional Requirements :Air monitoring, confined space, DOT, OSHA 10, and respiratory fitness certifications (or willingness to obtain)Proficiency in safety standards and risk managementAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in industrial environmentsWhy Join Mole
