In this key role, you’ll collaborate with company leadership to develop sales strategies, manage key projects, and build lasting relationships with clients and partners. From new product lines to global expansion, this is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Develop and grow product lines, services, and key market segments
Create and execute annual sales and business plans
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Service, and Project Managers) to ensure seamless project execution
Prepare detailed project estimates, quotes, and reports
Maintain strong client relationships through site visits, follow-ups, and training
Travel domestically and internationally for sales development, trade shows, and client support
Support branch expansion initiatives and representative partnerships
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and safety certifications are maintained
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or field operations
3+ years of supervisory experience
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
✅ Additional Requirements :
Air monitoring, confined space, DOT, OSHA 10, and respiratory fitness certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Proficiency in safety standards and risk management
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in industrial environments
