What you will do

To support the sales team in the research of accounts, internal processes to support customers, scheduling and coordinating meetings, assisting with billing and booking of projects, and other dynamic tasks within the local branch.

You will be responsible for ensuring the support of the local Electronic Security sales team, processing POs into the system promptly, answering incoming customer calls, and maintaining bid requests. Working closely with local sales coordinators, you will support daily branch activities and meetings as well as customer events.

The successful applicant must be Tenacious with a “self-starter” attitude and must be persistent and resolute in focusing on maintaining the highest standard of workmanship. The successful applicants’ ability to communicate freely and foster relationships with both the sales team and customers will be an asset.

Leadership attitude is an asset.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE : $23.56 - $26.92 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data.)
