Sales Coordinator
Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group is seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for strategic customers.
- Coordinate and complete Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotes (RFQ).
- Report TVR / Non TVR for all sales teams, salespersons, and lines of business monthly.
- Report quote activity and sales cycle for all sales teams, salespersons, and lines of business monthly.
- Report on the 6-month and 12-month close rates for each salesperson, sales team, and line of business.
- Respond to vendor and supply questionnaires.
- Complete customer risk assessments and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- Assist the sales team by maintaining and creating opportunities and quotes within CRM.
- Meet with a CRM expert to learn new implementations to help with salesperson training.
- Build Quarterly Business Reports (QBR) for customers every quarter.
- Request and keep track of Certificates of Insurance.
- Pull "special reports" requested by : Sales Managers, Operations Managers, and Area Service Managers.
- Assist as needed in keeping a record of vacation request forms from salespersons.
- Assist or lead any other activities to support sales in their efforts to grow the business.
Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and / or 3-5 years of experience in assisting Sales.Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably within the HVAC industry.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in utilizing CRM software.Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
