Facility Maintenance Manager
Schedule : SundayThursday, 3 : 00 PM11 : 30 PM. Includes some rotating Saturday coverage with a weekday off when scheduled. Schedules are set monthly and offer flexibility as needed.
General Summary : Tactical, hands-on shift manager that supervises maintenance personnel and all facilities maintenance to include buildings, grounds, and all support equipment. Main focus is to promote maximum system up-time by directly overseeing all maintenance activities to include PM's, repairs and work orders. Ensure that all responsibilities are carried out according to all safety regulations and are completed within scheduled time frames. Will regularly audit PM's and repairs to ensure proper completion and will re-train technicians as audits present opportunities.

Qualifications / Basic Job Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical preferred.
Minimum of three years maintenance and supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance including best safety practices. Strong leadership, administrative, organizational, managerial and communication skills.
Good analytical ability to gather and interpret information and develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
Knowledge of and skilled in blueprint reading.
Requires rapid and thorough independent decision making and creative problem-solving skills, good judgment as well as the ability to accept personal and departmental accountability for areas of responsibility.
PC skills : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
