Key Responsibilities
Process a high volume of incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels
Resolve inquiries related to login issues, billing, technical problems, and service questions
Document customer interactions and maintain records in the Customer Relationship Management system
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma and a minimum of one year of customer-facing work experience
Ability to understand a variety of technologies and platforms
Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative
Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
