Field Marketing Coordinator, West
Axis Communications is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Field Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this office-based role, you will support and execute regional marketing initiatives with a strong focus on digital and B2B channel marketing. Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to develop and implement strategies that drive brand awareness, generate demand, and support business growth across the West region. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy team and collaborative environment, brings strategic thinking and hands-on execution to every project, and should live within driving distance of Irvine, CA.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns (email, newsletters, social, webinars, landing pages, paid media) tailored to regional goals and partner priorities
- Support partner / channel marketing efforts by coordinating with resellers, distributors, and technology partners to co-develop campaigns, collateral, and joint events
- Optimize marketing funnels by improving the user experience on websites and landing pages, and optimizing campaigns for conversions
- Manage social media presence and create engaging content, run paid social media campaigns, and monitor social media analytics
- Plan and create successful marketing initiatives within the business area and execute content creation, including flyers, brochures, ads, giveaways, etc.
- Plan and execute the local Academy marketing strategy to drive fill rates
- Help execute centrally planned marketing initiatives in the field with the right local flare
- Keep detailed reports on all business area marketing expenses to ensure finances are in line with the yearly budget
- Analyze campaign performance by tracking key metrics, reporting on campaign performance, and identifying areas for improvement
- Own regional marketing reporting to provide monthly highlights to the Field Marketing Manager
- Support the local Axis Experience Center and Experience Center Coordinator with coverage as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field24 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, security, or channel-driven industriesProven experience in digital marketing tactics : email marketing, paid search / social, content creation, and analyticsUnderstanding of channel marketing models and experience working with resellers and distribution partnersHighly detailed and strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlinesExcellent communication skillsboth written and verbalData-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into insights and actionProficient with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud formerly Pardot, etc.) and social mediaSelf-starter with a collaborative attitude and a passion for marketing innovationPhysical Demands : The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here represent those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
