Compensation & Benefits Summary : Base salary target between $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 with flexibility to go higher for the right candidate with seniority, salary commensurate with experience , bonus based on performance and cases closed throughout the year, along with extensive benefits including, Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (all premiums for individual & family paid for), Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, 401(k) w / 3% or more employer contribution, 20 days of PTO, Holidays, Paid Parking and more!
Travel : Travel is approximately 8 trips / month, but mostly 1-2 night trips , and there is always the possibility of local clients that could be day trips. Additionally, there may be some national travel that happens from time to time as well. Travel is related for depos, trial, meet with other teams, etc., but mostly for client meetings.

As a Litigation Attorney, you will receive comprehensive training in mesothelioma (asbestos - product liability) litigation if you come from a personal injury, or related practice, and swiftly assume responsibilities for case management. Tasks include conducting written discovery, depositions, motion drafting and advocacy, and trial participation as second chair . While prior trial experience is advantageous, it's not mandatory. They work entails significant client interaction, engaging with families navigating through their most trying times.
