With a team of over 10 attorneys, the firm is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Employment Class Action Associate to join its growing practice.

This firm places a strong emphasis on attorney development and overall workplace happiness. You won’t find a top-down, command-and-control style here, just a collaborative team of professionals who value positivity and respect.

Associates are given meaningful responsibilities from the start, with training and mentorship designed to prepare them to independently manage cases under the guidance of senior attorneys. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow alongside the firm.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• Manage employment law matters representing victims of wage theft on a classwide basis as it relates to unpaid overtime, meal and rest breaks, unreimbursed expenses, and more under the supervision of a senior attorney.
• Oversee case progress, including pleadings, discovery, and settlement negotiations.
• Handle a caseload where approximately one-third of matters are expected to settle shortly after filing.
• You will have professional staff to assist with your caseload, such as preparing legal filings and gathering client information for discovery responses, allowing you to focus solely on legal work.
