Oracle OIC Developer

A company is looking for a 100% Remote Oracle OIC Developer - HCM.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) between Oracle HCM, Payroll vendors, and Benefits providers

Build and optimize Fast Formulas for Payroll calculations, Benefits eligibility, and HR data validations

Develop REST and SOAP web services for secure data exchange between Oracle HCM and external systems

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Strong SQL and PL / SQL development skills

Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits

Expertise in designing and developing Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits)

Hands-on experience with OIC REST / SOAP APIs, VBCS, and Web Services integrations
