What does a successful Director of Partner Management do at Fiserv?

As a Director of Partner Management at Fiserv, focusing on a Strategic client for Output Print and Plastics business, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships. This position involves acting as an extension of our client's business, representing Fiserv's interests and reinforcing our commitment to high-quality service. You will drive strategic and operational outcomes for the client, ensuring that Fiserv's solutions meet client needs effectively.

What you will do :

• Develop a trusted partner relationship with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Oversee the day-to-day relationship with Strategic Partner, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Implement effective strategies and processes to manage the client relationship and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Consult with and provide cross-functional leadership to Fiserv support teams, providing guidance to drive strategic and operational outcomes.
• Lead monthly business reviews ensuring alignment on business priorities, performance and areas for continued improvement.
