Title : Bi-Lingual PM with Oracle Fusion Projects

Project Manager with experience working in Japan on ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary liaison between Japanese leadership, Oracle, and Fujitsu, ensuring
  • effective communication and alignment.
  • Gather and incorporate leadership feedback into the project plan while balancing
  • technical feasibility and business needs.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful Oracle
  • Fusion ERP implementation.
  • Coordinate with Oracle and Fujitsu teams, ensuring resources are effectively allocated
  • and project milestones are met.
  • Facilitate meetings, provide status updates, and drive issue resolution across all
  • stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with business and IT standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS : (Need All)

  • Japanese and English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Worked in Japan.
  • ERP implementation project management experience.
  • Approximately 10+ years of project management experience (flexible here)

    • OTHER SKILLS :

  • Prior experience within automotive or manufacturing industries (nice to have)
  • Strong understanding of Japanese business culture
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple organizations (nice to have) and drive consensus
  • Oracle Fusion ERP implementation (nice to have)
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
