Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls from brokers, clients, merchants, and financial institutions regarding banking services
Ensure adherence to established call procedures and customer service standards
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center environment within the banking sector
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Completion of a 3-4 week paid training program
High level of accuracy in addressing customer concerns
