Client Services Representative

A company is looking for a Recon Client Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining the health of bad debt and early out inventory portfolios via reconciliation reports

Respond to email inquiries within the same business day and maintain records of reconciliation findings

Participate in discussions regarding recon report progress and complete assigned training courses by due dates

Required Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent

Preferred working knowledge of the collections industry and / or customer service

Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs

Ability to enter data and produce documents accurately and efficiently

Preferred ability to type 50+ words per minute
