job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions. Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any security-related concerns or suspicious behavior in accordance with site protocols. Collaborate with hospital staff and / or law enforcement as needed to address incidents or emergencies. Document all activities, incidents, and observations in a clear and timely manner according to Allied Universal guidelines and client requirements. Assist with access control and visitor management to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a welcoming environment. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Job Description
As a Security Officer - Healthcare Facility Patrol in Atlanta, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the location, remain approachable, and respond to various situations with professionalism. What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
