Legal Professional (Paralegal) – Southlake, TX
Position Snapshot :
This position will assist Trinity Investors (the " Company ") and its affiliates TPEG Securities (B / D) and TIFA (RIA), in managing the workflow of its new and existing investments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal documentation skills, demonstrate leadership qualities, and have experience working within a law firm's corporate practice group or in-house at a private equity firm.
Candidate must be able to work in-person at the Southlake, TX office. The Company will consider partially remote and / or flexible schedule arrangements for qualified candidates.
Key responsibilities will involve preparing legal documents such as subscription agreements, private placement memoranda, fund formation agreements, and related documents, managing corporate records, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with securities laws and regulatory filings. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with software, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This position reports to the Compliance Associate and works directly and indirectly with the Investments, Accounting, and Client Relations teams at the Company.
