Experience utilizing advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, AI sourcing tools, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.). Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to engage top passive talent. We are looking for a Technical Sourcing Recruiter to support a rapidly growing AI company as they expand their engineering, product, and research teams. The ideal candidate is a sourcing strategist who can identify top-tier technical talent, build strong pipelines, and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. This role will require deep market insights, strong stakeholder collaboration, and a proactive approach to talent engagement.
What You'll Do
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent for AI, ML, and engineering roles in a highly competitive market.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using a mix of Boolean search, AI-driven tools, networking, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of high-caliber passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and talent gaps.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine sourcing techniques and improve hiring outcomes.
- Track and report sourcing metrics to measure pipeline health, outreach effectiveness, and candidate engagement.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a true brand ambassador for the company.
