Do you thrive on dialing in a setup until the first article passes with flying colors? Can you read a complex print, apply GD&T, and hit ±0.0005 without breaking a sweat? Are Fanuc and Haas controls second nature? If you answered yes, you’ll feel right at home machining hydraulic components that keep industry moving.

What you’ll tackle

• Set up and run CNC lathes and mills to produce manifolds, fittings, and valve bodies
• Translate blueprints, GD&T, and job travelers into efficient setups and tool paths
• Cut hydraulic ports and threads to NPT, BSPP, SAE, and ISO specifications
• Own quality : perform first article and in‑process inspections with micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges
• Make smart adjustments to tooling and work offsets to protect part quality
• Troubleshoot on the fly and keep your area clean, safe, and ready for production
