JOB SUMMARY : The CNC Mill Machinist is responsible for following prescribed standards of CNC operations, meeting cycle times, promoting on time delivery through their performance efforts, demonstrating knowledge and application of lean manufacturing, promoting teamwork through their behavior, acting in accordance with Altek's Policies and adhering to the goals and expectations as defined by management. Position is for Swing Shift, which consists of four 10-hour shifts, paid breaks and a $1 / hr shift differential.
