Job Title : Paralegal

Pay : $30 - $35hr / hour (depending on experience)

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal with 4-5+ years of legal experience to support our legal team in complex case management and advanced legal functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures, independently manage caseloads, and provide high-level support to attorneys in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys in all phases of case preparation, discovery, and trial.
• Draft complex legal documents, including motions, pleadings, contracts, and correspondence.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and factual investigations to support case strategy.
• Summarize depositions, interrogatories, and other legal documents.
• Manage large volumes of documents and maintain detailed, organized case files.
• Coordinate and manage deadlines, court filings (state and federal), and docketing.
• Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, depositions, and client meetings as needed.
• Liaise with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors.
• Mentor and support junior paralegals or legal assistants as needed.
