Senior Vice President of Marketing

Tripleseat is the leading web-based event management and sales platform designed for restaurants, hotels, and unique venues. Our mission is to simplify and streamline the event planning process, allowing our clients to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead Tripleseat’s 15-person marketing organization and a $6M budget. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this executive will be responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, product marketing, and customer marketing. The SVP will play a critical role in aligning marketing with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to fuel Tripleseat’s next stage of growth.

Location : Work in the Boston office Monday through Thursday, and work remotely on Fridays. Initial onboarding is conducted at the Concord, MA headquarters.

Travel Expectations : Minimal travel is required, with occasional trips for company events, trade shows, or training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and mentor a world-class marketing organization across demand generation, product marketing, brand, and customer marketing.
• Serve as a key member of the growth leadership team, influencing company strategy and growth priorities.
• Foster strong alignment with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing directly impacts pipeline, bookings, and customer retention.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, and generative content, to create scalable, efficient, and differentiated marketing programs.
