Seasonal- Water General Office Assistant
The City of Watertown Water Systems Division is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team in the role of Seasonal Office Support. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Key responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing work orders, maintaining files and records, managing spreadsheets, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence. The ideal candidate will be organized, proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and able to manage multiple tasks while focused on accuracy.
Monday -Friday, schedule not to exceed 40 hours. This is a seasonal hourly position. Hours will range Monday-Friday, fluctuating schedule not to exceed 40 hours. Minimum age requirements are 18 years old and proven experience in an office setting.
