Resident Assistant (RA)

AM Shift : 06 : 30AM to 02 : 30PM | PM Shift : 02 : 30PM to 10 : 30PM | NOC Shift : 10 : 30PM to 06 : 30AM

AM SHIFT : $3,000 Loyalty Bonus!

Great Shift Differentials Earn More for Nights & Weekends!

• AM Shift : +$2.00 / hour (Saturday & Sunday)
• PM Shift : +$5.00 / hour (MondayFriday) | +$7.00 / hour (Saturday & Sunday)
• NOC Shift : +$4.00 / hour (MondayFriday) | +$6.00 / hour (Saturday & Sunday)

Job Responsibilities :

As a Resident Assistant you will :

Provide Support & Assistance with residents daily activities (ADLs), offering encouragement and physical aid as needed.

Foster a Warm, Caring Atmosphere for residents, guests, and fellow team members.

Respond Promptly & Compassionately to resident call lights and requests.

Ensure Resident Safety & Well-Being through attentive care and supervision.

Handle Emergencies such as falls, seizures, or choking, following proper protocols.
