One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Loveland, an affiliate of Authority Brands, is excited to announce that were officially under NEW management and eager to add experienced HVAC Maintenance Technicians to our team.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls as well as parts / component replacement calls.
  • Accurately documents age and type of each system component on invoices, costs for services and services completed.
  • Debrief service call with dispatch after each service call.
  • Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion.
  • Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.
  • Maintain a professional image and a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times.
  • Follow safety policies and procedures.
  • Abiding by ALL One Hour standards of performance and code of ethics.
  • Respecting the customers property.
  • Participate in ALL company sponsored training classes.
  • Assist in mentoring and training maintenance technicians.

    • Qualifications :

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Associate's degree in related field preferred
  • Ability to pass NATE Core Test
  • Solid communication and customer service skills
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
