IT Service Desk Analyst

Position Summary

This position is responsible for performing day-to-day administrative and technical activities in order to support PC's and end users (customers) by ensuring hardware / software are operating effectively. This position projects a positive image for the IT department while servicing customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Provide continuous coverage for the IT Service Desk ACD queue during business hours in accordance with Domino's standards.
• Field incoming IT requests and provide telephone, email, and remote support to customers (end users).
• Record, track, and document the service request activity in the Incident Management System (FreshService).
• Provide friendly and consistent service, providing customers with updates and resolution on issues.
• Manage service calls and repairs for Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, Docking Stations, Cell Phones, Printers, Accessories
• Return leased machines from leasing schedule on time.
• Provide training for new hires on the operation of their computer, applications, wireless access, SharePoint, FinalSite Connect, and Domino VPN.
• Provide Technical Support to Fluids Plant.
• Process New Hire's equipment and make sure New Hires receive their equipment in time
• Process Departure requests
• Update Documentation and ensure Standards
• Support the five9 Phone System and Call Tower support (Voip softphone)
• Stay up to date on relevant technologies (Microsoft Intune)
• Assist with Project rollouts and implementation
• Support the Citronix users that have their own IT systems

Physical Demands

Sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exerting no more than 10 pounds of force at a time and occasionally lifting or carrying articles like docket files, ledgers, and small tools. A certain amount of walking and standing may be necessary in carrying out job duties. Team lifts required for Network equipment
