The Role

We’re hiring a Senior People Partner to join our growing People function. This is more than just an HRBP role — it’s a strategic seat at the table. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape how our teams scale, develop, and thrive. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, change leader, data translator, and employee champion — all while helping shape the future of the People Partner team at TFH. This is an opportunity to help build — the role, the team, and the culture.

About The Opportunity

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, embedding yourself in the business and aligning people strategy with org goals.
• Lead and support org design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness initiatives as we scale rapidly.
• Drive change management efforts during periods of transformation, ensuring clarity, communication, and employee engagement.
• Use people data and analytics to generate insights, drive decisions, and measure the impact of programs.
• Partner with Talent, People Operations, REWX, Finance and IT teams to craft integrated people solutions that support growth and engagement.
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance management, feedback, and career development.
• Advocate for employees, fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and accountability across teams and levels.
• Play a key role in building the People Partner team, shaping its direction, processes, and identity within TFH.

About You

Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles) : The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $150,000 - $200,000 , plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
