BeMobile, proud to be Verizon's 2022 and 2023 Mid-Major Agent of the Year, is seeking a Development Assistant to join our team in Grand Forks, ND or Grand Prairie, IL. The Development Assistant will support our Real Estate team with data analysis, lease document management, and project reporting. This role ensures timely reporting, document accuracy, and compliance with lease standardsplaying a key part in driving informed decision-making and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Real Estate Analytics and Reporting : Provide support in the research of new locations, which may include analyzing data from certain software programs. Work with the Real Estate Director on comparison reporting and processing data analysis that will help in decision making.
• Project and Lease Document Processing : Organizing leases within the structured environment. Create and manage electronic signature document flow to ensure the documents are signed properly and in a timely manner.
• Lease Compliance and Coordination : Ensure the lease agreements and related documentation are managed in compliance with legal and organizational standards. This role involves coordinating lease activities, maintaining records, and serving as a liaison within the organization.
• Project Reporting : Audit completed projects to ensure the data is accurate. This position will also manage data and provide on-demand reporting for post-project analysis.
