About The Role

The Human Capital Business Partner is a new role created as a result of our exciting growth at Welltower. This role serves as a strategic advisor and partner to designated business units, aligning business objectives with employees and leadership. This position offers expert guidance on organizational design, talent development, employee relations, and change management, and plays a critical part in driving a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
