This role offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities that make it both challenging and rewarding. You'll contribute to a variety of projects, supporting senior staff on mine closure, water resources, and infrastructure efforts. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is a willingness to travel for temporary assignments when needed. You'll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams—including geotechnical, civil, mechanical, electrical, and chemical engineers—to deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations. Compensation and Benefits

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as various market and business considerations.

The wage range for this position is $60,000 – $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Full-time employees receive a well-rounded benefit package including access to our company-sponsored Medical (including an HSA High Deductible option), Dental, Vision, FSA, and Supplemental Life Insurance plans. We also offer 100% company paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability coverage. Employees are eligible to participate in our company's 401(k) plan with up to a 4% match. Additionally, employees also receive paid vacation time, paid sick time, and 11 paid holidays. MacKay Sposito pays for expenses associated with licensure as well as annual profit sharing bonuses.
