Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Desktop Support Engineer to resolve complex technical issues, manage desktop system configurations, and provide expert support for end-users across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for desktop systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Resolve escalated issues from Level 1 and Level 2 teams.
• Manage desktop hardware / software installations, upgrades, and configurations.
• Support remote desktop technologies and VPN solutions.
• Collaborate on deploying new desktop technologies and maintain system security.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and system configurations.
• Mentor and guide junior support staff.
