Job Summary

The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible leading and organizing the operations at a assigned concession stand, bar and / or portable carts to deliver a safe and friendly atmosphere at that one location. The stand lead is responsible for inventory and product. The Lead understands the content of the menu and ensures the timely delivery of food. Food safety and sanitation guidelines must be followed, as well as the setup and breakdown of service areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Requirements :

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in retail, service, or hospitality. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with managers, guests and teammates. An outgoing personality is preferred. The candidate should have the ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience. The ability to communicate effectively by speaking and comprehending English, with the ability to problem solve and make decisions with little guidance.
