Hybrid Commercial Lines Account Manager
A long-standing insurance brokerage with a presence in Central New Jersey and New York is welcoming a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its team.
This role is ideal for an account manager with experience servicing transportation and trucking accounts. They are seeking a professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for full-cycle account servicing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide end-to-end servicing of commercial accounts, from onboarding to renewal
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with producers to support transportation book with some additional general accounts as needed
- Handle a mix of medium to large-sizes accounts
- Utilize AMS360 for account management and documentation
- Deliver responsive, high-touch service and contribute to a team-oriented environment
Qualifications :
5+ years of commercial lines experience preferredActive Property & Casualty license in NY / NJExperience with Property, Auto, Inland Marine, Local & Long Trucking, Delivery Trucks / Vans, Fleet & non-fleetProficiency in AMS360Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindsetWhy Join This Team :
