Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)
Primarily responsible for the ongoing task of general customer service, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and closing client service tickets. The Customer Service Representative serves as our customers' primary point of contact within the company.
- Routine use of computers and phones
- Routine use of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Routine customer notification on testing status
- Routine coordination of incoming testing
- Maintain accurate client files and accounts
- Monitor status of testing for completion
High school diploma required
Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Moundsview, MN are encouraged to apply.
Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm. In office required for training and onboarding, then flexible up to 2 days remote. Some work performed in a warehouse setting with elevated noise levels
