A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Manager, Specialty Welding and Machining.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and leverage key customer relationships to create proposals that meet customer needs and secure opportunities
Assess market trends and collaborate with sales on pricing strategies and order negotiations
Engage with project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments and support market growth
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
10+ years of relevant experience in product management or operations, preferably in welding and machining or nuclear field service
Knowledge of field welding and machining
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships
