About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for our clients. This role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and ensure our products and services deliver maximum value for them.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture strategic client relationships, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand and define their business goals, technology needs, and growth opportunities.
• Provide guidance on how our solutions can help them achieve their business goals and customer acquisition strategies.
• Develop and maintain detailed account plans that highlight growth areas, upsell opportunities, and collaborative initiatives.
• Act as a strategic partner to the client, communicating effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• Align internal teams (sales, development, strategy) around the client's priorities and changing needs.
• Anticipate market trends and client challenges to proactively recommend solutions.
• Foster long-term trust and position the company as an indispensable strategic partner for the client's success.
