A company is looking for an Associate Field Medical Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing initiatives based on field insights and market research
Manage KOL engagement and relationships, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales teams
Oversee the execution of medical marketing initiatives, including speaker programs and promotional materials
Required Qualifications
BS / BA degree in marketing, business, health policy, scientific, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience
Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions
Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships within the pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
