Role and Responsibilities
This senior position at Dreww focuses on supporting eCommerce brands in revenue growth through full funnel strategies. Your mission is to lead paid media efforts while managing the entire customer journey, from research to orient messages, to conversion, retention, and long-term loyalty.
You will be responsible for client research to guide positioning and messaging, creating advertising content, optimizing conversion rates on the site, and managing email marketing strategies, including time-based campaigns and behavior-based flows. Your goal is to acquire new customers while maintaining the lowest possible CAC and to increase AOV and LTV through an acquisition system.
You will be fully accountable for performance and results, with objectives tied to metrics like CAC, NCAC, MER, AOV, conversion rate, and customer retention.
