Collaborate with the sales team to gather information necessary for creating quotations. Provide prompt responses to customer requests for quotes, modifications, or clarifications. Maintain organized records of all quotations, including revisions and communications. Update and manage the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer information. Generate reports on quotation activities and conversion rates. Proactively follow up on quotations to understand the status of pending deals. Support the sales team in tracking and managing sales leads. Assist in developing strategies to convert quotations into sales orders. Identify areas for process improvement in the quotation process and propose solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance the quotation process. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in a sales administrative or quotation specialist role is advantageous. Strong proficiency in Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
