Job Description

Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the job site. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present progress reports to project managers and clients. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and change orders. Foster strong communication and collaboration among all team members on-site.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Superintendent should have : proven experience in commercial construction management; strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols; excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively; ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; proficiency in project management software and tools.
