Accounting Admin Full Time

San Jose, CA | $29$33 / hour (DOE) | Award-Winning Company

We are proud of our legacy and are looking for a skilled Accounting Admin to join our head office team in San Jose, CA.

What Youll Do

As our Accounting Admin, youll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Recording and posting daily financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Reconciling accounts and preparing trial balances
  • Processing accounts payable / receivable and completing tax forms
  • Generating accurate reports and financial statements
  • Managing vendor, client, and employee interactions
  • Data entry, administrative duties and phones

What Were Looking For

  • 35 years of full-charge accounting adminexperience (end-to-end bookkeeping)
  • Proficiency withQuickBooks Desktop and Online
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (English : read / write / speak)
  • Degree in Accounting or related field preferred but not required
