A company is looking for a Licensed Employee Benefits Advocate to support clients with employee benefit enrollment remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding employee benefits
Document call details accurately and ensure compliance in processing transactions
Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution
Required Qualifications and Training
Current Life and Health Insurance License is required
Prior experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider is required
Service Center and / or Customer Service experience is recommended
Strong customer-centric mindset and comfort with technology
Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
