HR ServiceNow Strategy Lead
This position will follow a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite work three days per week at our North Chicago headquarters or any other AbbVie sites or locations.

Position Summary :
The HR ServiceNow Strategy Lead will assume responsibilities of the HRSD Product Owner - driving the HR Technology strategy by identifying capabilities on the SNOW platform aligned with HR technology roadmap, and prioritizing deliverables based on business criticality and resourcing needs. This role will partner closely with BTS to help them deliver and maintain solutions on the SNOW platform. Additionally, this role will partner with HR Operations and other business functions to ensure the platform delivers measurable value, aligns with HR and Enterprise strategic priorities, and supports a frictionless employee and business experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Shape and drive the HR ServiceNow platform strategy in alignment with the broader HR technology roadmap and enterprise digital transformation goals. Act as a visionary leader, identifying and prioritizing platform capabilities and deliverables based on business criticality and resource requirements.
Partner closely with BTS, HR Operations, and other business functions to ensure ServiceNow solutions are effectively delivered, maintained, and optimized for measurable business value. Foster cross-functional collaboration to support seamless platform adoption and a frictionless employee and business experience.
Engage with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, self-service, and workflow optimization. Define and monitor KPIs to measure platform adoption, performance, and strategic impact across the enterprise.
Stay current with the ServiceNow product roadmap and ecosystem. Evaluate and implement emerging capabilities to ensure the platform remains innovative, scalable, and aligned with enterprise needs. Cultivate a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the platform team.
Lead a team of ServiceNow functional owners specializing in knowledge management, case management, portal / search and Employee journey management. Provide clear direction and support to ensure each functional area delivers robust solutions that enhance business processes and employee experiences. Foster a collaborative environment where functional owners are empowered to innovate, share best practices, and continuously improve platform capabilities in alignment with organizational goals.
