Job Title : HRSD Technical Lead (comfortable doing technical design and development, CIS-HRSD is a must)

Type : Full-Time (Contract)

Location : Remote (No travel expected) - Candidates in Raleigh, Charlotte, or Atlanta are a plus

Start Date : ASAP

End Date : 12 / 31 / 2025 (Strong Possibility of Extension)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HRSD Technical Lead to oversee a team of offshore developers working on enhancement and integration efforts within the ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) platform. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert with strong leadership experience and excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing directly with senior client stakeholders and driving both technical and delivery outcomes.

This is a remote role with no travel expected , but candidates based in Raleigh, Charlotte, or Atlanta are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the technical design and development of enhancements within the HRSD module of ServiceNow.
• Own and drive technical solutioning, providing design alternatives and guidance during grooming and development cycles.
• Serve as the technical SME during discussions with client stakeholders, including a Technical Systems Director who manages multiple enterprise applications.
• Collaborate closely with offshore development teams to guide solution implementation and resolve technical challenges.
• Participate actively in sprint ceremonies including grooming, planning, and daily stand-ups .

Coordinating invoices with finance
